Mild traumatic brain injury is one of the hardest injuries to document. Symptoms are real, but CT and MRI are often normal. NSFL1 NeuroScan gives treating physicians objective, neurologist-interpreted functional data that becomes part of the medical record.

Measurable brain function data supports what the client is reporting.

Adds a functional layer alongside CT, MRI and DTI for a multimodal TBI picture.

EEG, qEEG, ERP, EKG, brain mapping and machine learning analysis, with a complete board-certified neurologist overread.

Written findings plus color brain maps that are easy to follow.

Tests for brain injury, PTSD and ADHD, with up to ten
CPT-coded neural biomarkers per study.

About 30 minutes of testing, with no needles, injections or radiation.
The NSFL1 NeuroScan report opens with a one-page summary that places each result on a color-graded normative scale, followed by brain maps, regional deviations and the literature behind each finding. It is written for the treating physician, and it is clear and visual enough for non-clinicians to follow when the physician explains it.

Clients with symptoms persisting more than 30 days after the incident are generally good candidates to discuss with their treating physician. Testing between days 31 and 90 offers the strongest window; testing after day 90 can still document long-term effects.
